Cheese-Olive-Raisin Sandwiches

 

2  8 oz. packages cream cheese softened

2  Tbsp. French dressing

¼ cup chopped pimento-stuffed olives

½ cup seedless raisins

16 slices of bread (rye, pumpernickel and wheat are good)

 

 

  1. Mix cheese and dressing until smooth.
  2. Add olives and raisins.
  3. Spread on 8 slices of bread.  Trim crusts from bread, if desired.
  4. Top with remaining slices.
  5. Makes 8 sandwiches.
