Garden Pasta Salad

 

½ cup sliced black olives

3 cups cooked, chopped chicken

½ cup mayonnaise

2 peeled and cubed Granny Smith apples

4 green onions, minced

 

Mix above ingredients and refrigerate overnight, if possible.

Next morning, add:

 

1 – 9 ounce package cheese-stuffed tortellini, cooked as directed, drained well and cooled

 

Just before serving, add:

 

½ cup sunflower seeds

1 small bag fresh spinach, washed and torn

1 – 8 ounce bottle Italian salad dressing

 

Could add halved cherry tomatoes, chopped pears, halved grapes, etc.
