To subscribe to the above calendars:

In Mac Calendar, right click in your list of calendars and click on Subscribe. Copy and past the address of the calendar that you want to subscribe to.

In Outlook, follow this link http://labnol.blogspot.com/2006/11/subscribe-to-google-calendar-in.html and follow the instructions. Copy and paste the correct calendar into the Internet Calendar Subscription box when you get to that point

If you are already using Google Calendars, just click on the Google Calendar logo at the bottom of the Agenda page on the Prep Calendar page and it will walk you step by step through the process of adding specific calendars to your own Google Calendar
