Jon Marcus started working at Jackson Prep in the fall of 2000. He is the head coach for both varsity boys and girls soccer teams. Coach Duncan also coaches 8th grade boys basketball. Along with his coaching responsibilities, Jon Marcus teaches 7th grade Life Science. He is an alunmi of Prep (class of 95). Before returning to Prep to coach and teach, Jon Marcus attended the University of Mobile where he played soccer and earned a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Coach Duncan and his wife Tammy have been married since 2002 and they are the proud parents of 2 daughters, Josie (born in 2003) and Abby (born in 2006).
