Jackson Preparatory School seeks distinguished faculty who demonstrate outstanding ability in the classroom and a sincere love for adolescent students. Those who enroll at Prep are of above average ability and come from more than thirty different elementary and middle schools. Prep is a secondary school, grades 6-12, with traditional academic course offerings and extensive opportunities in fine arts, athletics, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The faculty supports these programs through instruction and sponsorship.

The average tenure of a Prep teacher is nine years with the average teaching experience of thirteen years. Projected positions available are posted on the web site or filled through applications on file.
